Understanding Your Company Type
Can an LLC be an S-Corp? The answer is yes. Your company does not change it’s name when it becomes an S-Corp so if your company was an LLC when applying then the name stays an LLC even though the company will be taxed as an S-Corp. If you need more insight in how taxes and business types work then be sure and buy the “Differences in Types of Companies” course or have a free consultation. Let’s report things correct!!
